Duchess Boutique

I came here earlier today for a debutante dress, that isn't so traditional. Olivia was super helpful and kind in helping me find a dress that made me feel beautiful and like a princess. She made it feel like such a nice experience and never made me feel conscious as not a super skinny girl. Overall lovely store and had an amazing time picking my dress! <33

i’ve been buying my dresses from duchess for a while now, including my engagement and my sisters engagement and i cannot express how amazing the ladies that work there are, especially Jaime! the last time I shopped there i was looking for a dress for my sisters engagement and Jaime helped me so so much in finding me a dress that suited me so much!! not only that, she made my mum feel so special by also finding her a dress (she just had weight loss surgery and wasn’t sure what would suit her) but she managed to get us both to buy. I truly love coming to this store, the environment is so amazing💕

Bought the Divine dress in Scarlett Red and it was absolutely beautiful. The quality was amazing and made me feel beautiful. What was even better was the lovely Jamie who served me. She was helpful, kind and overall a delight to be around. She helped me find my 21st birthday dress and i couldn’t be happier. Can’t wait to go back and shop again!

When I first entered the store with my mum and my sister, I was greeted by Rocky who made me feel so welcome and comfortable that I couldn’t stop smiling. I’m a larger girl looking for a formal dress and am used to being looked down on and pushed aside, but Rocky listened to me and reassured my concerns, I have never felt so good trying on things before. While trying on dresses I was assisted by Rachel, who is without a doubt the nicest shop assistant I have ever met. She hyped me up in all ways possible whilst staying completely honest with me about dresses, which is much appreciated. I asked for a similar dress to one I had tried on, she both retrieved that one, and a completely different one because she thought I’d look good, and that one ended up being the one I bought. Going above and beyond in all ways. They know what they’re doing. It was like shopping with friends. My mum cried because of how well we were treated after past experiences at different stores. It’s quite a way out from us but it was worth every minute of the drive. It doesn’t just accomodate girls like me, but makes us feel stunning, which nowadays is harder and harder to find. To Rachel and Rocky; thank you so much. You deserve the world.

I bought my wedding dress from Duchess boutique and was very happy with the service. I dropped in on a Saturday with a friend and was impressed by the staff and the vibe of the boutique. The staff were very personable, kind and non-judgemental, and seemed to take genuine pleasure in their jobs. The dress I bought is beautiful and was affordable, and the seamstress the staff put me in contact with is reasonably priced and was quick to respond to my queries. Definitely recommend this store.
